For Starter and Professional plans, we only accept one-time full payments. For the Business plan, we also offer installment payments via Klarna, split into 3 interest-free installments. No recurring fees — you pay once, you own the website.
Since the website is built and delivered within 1 business day, refunds are not available once work has started. We recommend booking a paid consultation call first to align on expectations and ensure the project is a good fit.
The initial build is delivered within 1 business day. Revision requests or complex customizations may extend the timeline depending on the scope of changes.

By default, we deploy on Vercel, which offers excellent performance and reliability. If you already own a domain or have an existing hosting setup (GoDaddy, AWS, DigitalOcean, Netlify, Firebase, or your own cloud infrastructure), we can deploy there instead. Let us know your preference during the initial project setup.
We build with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS. For content management, we use Payload CMS. For backend systems — authentication, database, storage, and features like booking systems — we use Supabase. For analytics and tracking, we offer integration with Google Analytics, PostHog (privacy-friendly), or Mixpanel. If you have a preferred analytics platform or a different tool in mind, we're happy to discuss it. All modern, fast, and SEO-friendly technologies.
Yes, each plan includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional changes beyond the included rounds can be arranged separately.
Post-delivery support is not included in the base plans. Ongoing maintenance and support can be discussed as a separate arrangement.
The Business plan includes e-commerce and booking integrations. For the Starter and Professional plans, advanced features may require an additional quote.
Communication depends on your plan: Starter: Email only. Async communication, responses within 24 hours. Professional: Email and/or Discord. Direct communication, responses within 12 hours. Business: Email and/or Discord with a dedicated private Discord channel for you and your team. Priority responses within 6 hours.
By default, the project repository is hosted on our company's GitHub account. If you need the repository on your own Git platform (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or others), let us know on day one and we'll set it up directly there. If not requested upfront, no problem — we'll host it on our GitHub and can help you migrate or set up the transfer when you're ready.
For the Business plan, we offer three e-commerce integration options, chosen for their simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and ability to scale: Stripe Checkout — Our default option. No monthly fees, just a small percentage per transaction (2.9% + €0.25). Ideal for selling services, digital products, or a limited product catalog. Already built into our stack, so integration is seamless. Snipcart — A drop-in shopping cart with built-in inventory management, shipping rates, tax calculation, and discount codes. Great for small-to-medium stores that need a full cart experience without the complexity of a dedicated e-commerce platform. Shopify Storefront API (Headless) — The full e-commerce engine for serious product stores. Inventory, orders, shipping, tax, and a massive app ecosystem. Best for clients who need a scalable, full-featured online store and are comfortable with a monthly subscription (starting at $39/month). We recommend the best fit based on your needs during the initial consultation. All three options integrate cleanly with our Next.js stack and can scale as your business grows.
